Adept Power Solutions have designed an industry leading modular UPS maintenance programme for all our customer's needs; we fully understand that different customers have different maintenance requirements. Our modular system allows you to pick and choose the options you require, ensuring you receive a cost effective and fully optimised UPS maintenance contract that suits your exact requirements. The main structure of all our maintenance contracts is outlined below. All you need to do is decide on the response time that suits your business needs; we offer a 4 hour, a 6 hour, an 8 hour or a next working day response. An annual UPS service in NWH is standard for all contracts.

24 hour telephone support is provided as standard for all our customers, this dedicated hotline has been created to provide access to our highly trained engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of a fault, a fully qualified and highly trained engineer will attend site within a specified time period to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. We also offer additional maintenance options such as remote monitoring or load bank testing.
